Registration Forms: Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address). Contact information from the registration forms is used to ship purchases, information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.

Order Forms: Our site uses order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (for example email addresses), financial information, and unique identifiers. We hold this information fully encrypted (only one person knows the password - Me!) in the strictest of confidence and don't give/sell or rent this information to anyone.

Liability Policy

BLINDER USA will in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, physical harm or medical expenses) arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, or function of the products manufactured by BLINDER International. Please be aware that we at BLINDER USA do not encourage or endorse speeding. Please read the Warnings above and always read the product manuals before installation. The use of BLINDER Laser Jammers may be illegal in some states and countries. It is up to the purchaser to ascertain the suitability of this product prior to purchasing.

Warranty Policy

Please read the Returns Policy as this applies to all Warranty return also. The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or serial/type number labels on products have been removed. BLINDER International manufactures its products using parts and components, which are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standard practices. The enforceability of this warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser. It is not transferable to, or enforceable by, any subsequent owner. In the event of a defect, malfunction or other failure to conform to this warranty, BLINDER International will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit at no charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in connection with warranty service pursuant to this warranty.

The warranty commences on the date of the retail purchase and shall be effective for the minimum period set by each country’s laws. This period can be extended to 2 year by registering the product as instructed below within 30 days from purchasing. There are no express warranties covering the unit other than those set forth in this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the period of the warranty and no warranties, expressed or implied, extend beyond this period. BLINDER International will in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits) arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse or malfunction of the unit. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Returns Policy

All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before they can be returned. To obtain a RAN, please complete the Request Form, or contact BLINDER USA. Information warranty registration or your invoice is required before issuing a RAN. RAN's must match the product authorised for return. RAN's are only valid for 14 days, meaning that BLINDER USA must receive returned products to their postal address within this period otherwise the return may not be accepted.

BLINDER USA recommends that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping, and that you do not write on or attach labels to the product being returned otherwise the return may not be accepted. If you have not registered for warranty purposes, then a copy of the original Invoice must be included with the returned product. The Return Authorisation Number should be clearly visible, on the outside of the product-shipping carton. BLINDER USA recommends that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. BLINDER USA accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to BLINDER USA. If a product is not defective, it will be returned to you at your cost. BLINDER USA will test all products returned as defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt into their care. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. If it is determined that the product is in working condition it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced for the processing and freight costs associated with the return. BLINDER USA reserves the right to refuse any returns that;

• Are incomplete or have missing parts.

• Have not been registered for Warranty purposes, or that do not have a copy of the original Invoice.

• Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.

• Do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.

• Have an expired Return Authorisation Number.

As an alternative to the above you could personally contact the BLINDER USA representative or store with the product you wish to return and a copy of the Invoice, provided the Reason for Return is in accordance with the Returns Policy as detailed herein. With the exception of Unopened Product, we cannot process the return immediately and will process the return via the same procedures as detailed above once the product is received at the store.

Reasons for Returns

There are a number of reasons why a product may be returned. The following section classifies each type of return.

Dead on Arrival Product - If you receive a product that is not in working order you should notify BLINDER USA immediately upon receipt of the product. If the product develops a fault (except those due to wilful damage or customer misuse) within the first 7 days after purchase you should notify BLINDER USA immediately upon noticing the fault so that the return can be processed as a "Dead on Arrival Product". Follow the "Returns Procedure". If it is determined that the product is not defective it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced a processing fee and freight costs associated with the return.

Damaged in Transit Product

If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" you should refuse to accept delivery of the product. Direct the Courier to "Return Goods to Sender". Notify BLINDER USA immediately. If you have already accepted delivery and then notice that the product appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" you should notify BLINDER USA immediately. Follow the "Returns Procedure". For products found to be "Damaged in Transit" The damaged goods need to be returned to us - Request a RAN number before sending. Freight costs associated with a returned item will be refunded to you and replacement item will be sent at our expense.

Incorrectly Shipped Product

If you receive a product that is different to the one ordered you should notify BLINDER USA immediately upon receipt of the product. Follow the "Returns Procedure". For products "Incorrectly Shipped" a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you. Unopened Product Except for products sold on a "No Return Basis" (as detailed below), BLINDER USA offer a 7-day return policy for products in their Original Unopened and Undamaged Packaging. You must contact BLINDER USA within 7 days of shipping the product otherwise we cannot authorise a return. Follow the "Returns Procedure". For products found to be in their Original Unopened and Undamaged Packaging a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned less any freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you and the return delivery. BLINDER USA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any item returned other than "Dead on Arrival" and "Damaged in Transit."

Remember to return your BLINDER postage paid, insured and in suitable packaging.

For your own protection, obtain a proof of delivery receipt. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Remember to include your name, complete return address and written description of the problem. (No P.O. BOX please.) A telephone number where you can be reached during regular business hours.
